Description
Silver Satin.
Sometimes called Silver philodendron. Needs plenty of bright, indirect sunlight to thrive. Near east or west facing window is best. Tolerant of lower light conditions but will get leggy. Great in baskets or top shelves due to its trailing habit. Can be trimmed if getting leggy. Well drained rich organic soil is best. Water silver pothos as often as the top part of the soil dries out. In summer, the scindapsus pictus plant may need watering as often as twice a week or more. In winter, the silver leaf pothos requires less frequent watering. The goal of watering is to make sure that the roots are always slightly moist.
