Tradescantia Purple
This plant grows thick, trailing stems with narrow, deep purple leaves. May bloom petite, tri petal lavender pink flowers at the ends of stems from midsummer through fall. This can be potted up as an indoor houseplant, planted in outdoor containers to trail along the sides, or planted in the ground to spread as an annual groundcover. Leaves will turn more purple given more sun or turn more in the shade.
