55 days. (green-white > green- yellow > red) [African-American heirloom from MD.] White and green mottled leaves. Most of the 2 in. long fruits have variegated colors before ripening to red. Beautiful edible landscape plant. Great heat tolerance. Very hot, used traditionally in shellfish and fish cookery. Also good for drying.
Packet: 0.3 g unless stated (about 36-60 seeds, depending on variety) sows 21-60’ of transplants.
